At 17:45 on October 15, 2016, the human resources and Administration Department of the president's office organized a speech, understanding and staff talk about "open letter from the chairman to all employees" in Conference Room 401 of the office building. Mr. Wu of the president office, Mr. Li, vice president of marketing and director of marketing and commerce, Mr. Wu, R &  D director and chief assistant of operation, department heads and employees at all levels attended the conference.

General manager Wu of the president's office first introduced the new organization of the manufacturing management department and announced the personnel appointment notice. Wang Huiling, director of cannula workshop, was promoted to deputy manager of manufacturing department. At the end of the reading, President Wu of the president's office gave us a talk about the topic that everyone should have a grateful attitude to face the society.
