1. Sales Representative (Based out of Jiangxi Province)

Responsibilities
 
1. In charge of channel management and channel development in a certain region. Be closely linked with new and old retailers, so the trends of the consumers can be grasped;

2. In charge of marketing demand investigation in the regional hospitals such as provincial and municipal 3A and 2B hospitals and know the trends of consumers and the using of products. 

3. In charge of reginal tendering and bidding and analyze the bidding and tendering situation;

4. Track the bills and payments of the consumers timely;

5. Cooperate with the company to accomplish all the work, tasks and requirement. Cooperate with internal workers to accomplish the work of sales; 

6. Develop new consumers and provide company training and product training to the consumers;

7. Work summary and work planning shall be done timely; the monthly data shall be analyzed and improved.

8. Cooperate with the company to do the planning of the products well.

Qualifications  
  
1.  Junior college degree above, majored in marketing and medical science are preferred.

2. People who know about medical field, knowledgeable in management and operation and have experience in marketing are preferred;

3.   Sensitive to the market and good at improving consumers’ operational data.

4. Kind, adaptable, independent learning ability and team spirit are required.

5. Experience in channel operation, channel management and channel training.

2. Quality Engineer
2.1 Responsibilities
2.1.1 Implementing and maintaining effective operation of quality system;
2.1.2 Preparing and improving quality management system documents;
2.1.3. Supervising departments to implement ISO standards, and promoting overall quality management;
2.1.4. Organizing and implementing internal audit of quality management system;
2.1.5. Quality system knowledge training to new employees;
2.1.6. Responsible for quality promotion, improving staff quality consciousness.
 

 
3. Mechanical Engineer
3.1 Responsibilities
3.1.1 The development and design of the mechanical parts of the product, including: project making, material selection, etc;
3.1.2 Completing UG modeling, product simulation, outputting drawings;
3.1.3 Participating in product test, test, analysis;
3.1.4 Technical guidance, coordination and communication to production line.


3.2 Qualifications
3.2.1 Majored in mechanical manufacturing, mechanical and electrical integration, college degree or above;
3.2.2 More than 3 years related working experience;
3.2.3 Understanding mechanical principle; familiar with machining process; proficiency in computer - aided design;
3.2.4 Serious and responsible towards work, rigorous and meticulous, good innovation and team spirit.

 

4. Mould Engineer
4.1 Skilled at the structure and the maintenance method of plastic molds; ability to analyze and handle common problems of plastic molds;
4.2 Proficiency in the operation of the machines, milling, grinding, argon arc welding and other equipments;
4.3 Responsible for the tracking of new moulds, fixture manufacturing and modification; making monthly maintenance plan and semi-annual maintenance plan for molds and fixtures; 
4.4 Understanding injection molding process is preferred.  Familiar with the properties of common plastic and injection molding process, having good maintenance experiences in plastic mold, debugging the mold and injection molding machine, familiar with the injection molding machine performance and its use and operation, and owning a good quality judgment and control ability to quality injection molding products, 5S ability on hand.

 

5. Process Engineer (Process Technician) 
5.1 Qualifications 
5.1.1 Male or female, college degree or above, having related work experience of medical equipment product process technologies
5.1.2 Positive, serious, strongly responsible, good communication skills.
5.1.3 Skilled at CAD, Pro\e and other graphics software
5.1.4 Familiar with the process quality control and quality management.
5.2 Responsibilities:
5.2.1 Responsible for company’s technical management and technical preparation work, implementation of process standardization system.
5.2.2 Responsible for the development of new products and the conversion of new products into productive forces and making new product drawings and process audit.
5.2.3 Participating in technological research, process improvement, transformation work
5.2.4 Responsible for product production technology and quality problems analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
5.2.5 Fulfill the work assigned by the superiors.

 


6. Recruitment Supervisor
6.1 Responsibilities:
6.1.1 According to the company's existing system and business development needs, coordinating and conducting statistics of personnel recruitment needs from the functional departments, and making annual recruitment budget;
6.1.2 According to the requirement of company personnel recruitment, making annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment plan;
6.1.3 According to the company rules and regulations, making and improving the recruitment process, and continuously optimizing the recruitment process;
6.1.4 Establishing and evaluating the recruitment channels;
6.1.5 Responsible for personnel recruitment, interview, selection, notification, offers, etc.
6.1.6 Summary analysis of the relevant recruitment analysis reports; 
6.1.7 Establishing and improving the system of the personnel selection, personnel reserve mechanism, and perfecting the talent pool;
6.1.8 Finishing other temporary tasks assigned by the company.


6.2 Qualifications
6.2.1 Male or female, college degree or above, majored in human resource management, or Business Management. 
6.2.2 At least three years working experiences in recruitment; familiar with labor laws and regulations; person with national assistant level human resources management certificate is preferred; 
6.2.3 Familiar with computer operation office software and related personnel management software;
6.2.4 With a strong sense of responsibility and dedication; high sensitivity and judgment ability; good professional ethics, good at communication and coordination, team work spirit; passionate and aggressive.

 

7. IT Director
7.1 Qualifications
7.1.1 College degree or above, majored in information management, software engineering, computer application, at least 5 years working experiences;
7.1.2 Having rich experience in implementation, on-line, maintenance, operation and training of ERP/CRM/OA, familiar with the mainstream database maintenance; 
7.1.3 Able to carry out maintenance system independently;
7.1.4 Having experience in Database Systems Programming is preferred; 
7.1.5 Having experience in medical device industry is preferred;
7.1.6 Familiar with building integrated wiring (computer telephone), network troubleshooting and maintenance.

 

Welcome IT engineers from large-scale manufacturing plants, no corresponding experiences will be rejected.
